Terms of Service

1. Using Swaply

Swaply is a marketplace where members exchange items with each other. Swaply is not a party to the exchange and does not own, inspect or guarantee any item.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use Swaply.

2. Item-for-item only

Members may not offer money, cash top-ups or off-platform payments as part of an exchange. The only permitted cost is each member's own delivery.

3. Fees

Swaply currently charges no fee for exchanges. If a fee is introduced in the future it will be shown before you pay anything, with notice.

4. Prohibited items and conduct

Listing prohibited items, misrepresenting condition, harassment, scamming and creating multiple accounts to avoid limits may lead to suspension or a ban.

5. Disputes and liability

Swaply may review disputes and cancel exchanges at its discretion. Swaply's liability is limited to any amounts paid to Swaply, to the extent permitted by law.
