What we store

Your account email, display name, optional photo, approximate location (country, region, city), your listings, offers, exchanges, messages and ratings.

We never store card details. Card data is handled by our payment provider.

Who can see what

Your listings, display name, city, rating and verification badges are public. Your exact address, email, phone number, payment records and private messages are not.

A delivery address is shared only with the person you are exchanging with, and only once an exchange requires shipping.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your listings, block members, adjust notification settings and request deletion of your account and personal data.
