Exchange rules

Short version: both sides agree, both sides pay their own delivery, both sides confirm.

Both sides must accept

An exchange only becomes active when everyone involved has accepted. Nothing is charged and nothing is locked before that.

Cash offers, top-ups and outside payment links are blocked. If someone asks for money, report them.

An item in an active exchange can't be offered to anyone else. Cancelling releases it; completing marks it as exchanged.

Swapping is free. Each person pays only their own delivery cost for the item they send.

You can cancel before anything is sent. After that you'll need to open a dispute. Repeated cancellations lower your trust level.
