Exchange costs
Swapping is free, so there is nothing for Swaply to refund if an exchange is cancelled before any item is sent.
If a dispute is resolved in your favour, the exchange is cancelled and both items are released.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are paid to the courier, so they can only be refunded where the courier refunds them.
Item value
Swaply never holds the value of an item, so there is no purchase price to refund. This is why honest descriptions and photos matter.
